We are so happy you are here. Chances are, you are looking for help - and you want answers before you commit scheduling with us. That’s exactly what this page is for.
That's exactly the kind of question you should be asking before you invest your time and money in any kind of care. We can't promise results before we've met you. What we can promise is that we won't recommend care we don't believe will help. Your first visit is a conversation and a thorough evaluation. We want to understand what you're dealing with and what you need your body to do. If we think we can help, we'll tell you exactly what we're seeing and why. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you that too and point you in a better direction. We'd rather lose a patient than waste your time.

Everyone heals differently, so we can't give you an exact number, but we can tell you what progress typically looks like based on years of experience. Visits are focused and built around you, your body, your progress, and your goals. We don't run everyone through the same routine. And as you get better, the frequency decreases. The goal is always to need us less, not more.

Cost is a real consideration, and we want to be straightforward about it. Your first visit includes a full health history and physical evaluation, not just a quick look before we start cracking things. Taking time to actually understand what's going on often saves money in the long run by avoiding unnecessary imaging or referrals. We're in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield. For other plans, we can provide documentation for out-of-network reimbursement. We'll walk you through what to expect cost-wise before you make any decisions.

Most chiropractic offices are built around the adjustment. Adjustments are great; we use them, and they work well when done appropriately. But if that's the whole plan, you often feel better for a few days only to end up right back where you started. We look at the bigger picture: strength, mobility, and the daily habits and stresses that set the stage for healing. Your care typically includes a mix of adjustments, soft-tissue treatment, supportive therapies, and guidance on self-care between visits.

What we can promise is that we won't recommend care we don't believe will help. Here is our approach: your first visit is a conversation and a thorough evaluation. We want to understand what you’re dealing with, how it affects your life, and what you need your body to be able to do. That gives us — and you — a much clearer picture about if and how we can help you. ...
We can’t always give an exact number – everyone has a unique story that affects how quickly and how well you heal. We can tell you, based on years of experience, how long progress typically takes, and what to expect during that time. Every visit is built around you — your body, your progress, your goals. We don’t run people through the same routine regardless of how they’re doing. Some visits lean more on adjustments, some on soft-tissue work or other therapies, and some on movement and strength. Your care changes as you change. ...
